Hours: 30hr/week
Job Description:
Managing incoming and outgoing mail and call
Greeting visitors, suppliers and customers from different areas;
Filling and organizing of orders, invoices and receipts
Payroll and book keeping (QB)
Maintaining office cleanliness, organization, and office supply inventories
Other duties if it is necessary
Skills and Abilities:
Team player;
Self-disciplined;
and May be required to perform repetitive tasks.
Eligibility:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience is required.
Completion of Secondary School is required.
Combination of education and experience will be preferred.
